Senior Secretary – Audiology Department and Medical Center Hearing Aids

Helen Flores began working for Medical Center ENT Associates of Houston in 1981. She is senior secretary for the audiology department and for Medical Center Hearing Aids. Helen is the friendly voice on the phone and smiling face that greets people at the window. She checks patients in and out, answers the phone, schedules appointments, handles paperwork for both offices and billing for Medical Center Hearing Aids, and generally tries to keep things running smoothly. She also serves as a back-up technician for ENG/VNG testing.
